What You'll Do:

LM Envision, LogicMonitor's leading hybrid observability platform powered by AI, helps modern enterprises gain operational visibility into and predictability across their IT stacks, so they can continue to deliver extraordinary employee and customer experiences. As we expand, we’re seeking an Associate Vice President, Enterprise Sales to build, manage, and scale a world-class enterprise sales team across both current and new markets.   • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor Director/RVP-level talent in North America, cultivating future leaders and ensuring top performance within the enterprise sales team.
  • Value-Based Selling: Champion value-driven selling and elevate conversations to secure large enterprise deals, leveraging strong C-suite presentation skills.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver precise forecasts to senior executives and the board, underpinning data-driven strategic decisions.
  • Market Insight: Monitor customer preferences to guide targeted sales efforts and refine engagement strategies.
  • Competitive Strategy: Implement tactics to boost win rates, outpace competitors, and deepen customer relationships across all accounts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize engagement based on customer needs and business unit objectives.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering Leaders to streamline processes and develop effective onboarding materials for new Sales hires.
  • Revenue Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and overall company goals.
  • Capacity Planning: Conduct strategic capacity planning and assess hiring ratios across regions to align with revenue targets and AOP.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in team performance.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience selling cloud-based enterprise applications.
  • 5+ years managing high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of scaling companies with diverse product portfolios to $500M+ in revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in key markets while crafting a strategic 4-year expansion plan.
  • Skilled in supporting multiple sales teams in high-transaction environments.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings with superior critical thinking, influencing, and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, your package will also include, but is not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, generous parental leave policies, access to our Employee Assistance Program and various Wellness programs, a 401K with company matching, a learning and development stipend, and an unlimited vacation policy. The Base Salary range for this role is:

$180,000$220,000 USD
