Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for ASM study team support for assigned clinical studies.

Creates, maintains, and updates study protocol forecasts in SAP for assigned studies

Prepares study SASI and maintains as required though out life of study.

Conducts weekly operational shipment meeting with ASM protocol team members for shipment monitoring.

Follows process for submission of material master requests.

Works with Equipment Specialists and Purchasing Specialists as needed on supply and equipment issues and order preparation activities

Provides Inventory Controller material list for study material scrapping at study close out

Generates study reports in support of supply replenishment activities

Works with Business Analysts as needed

Interacts with ASM vendors in preparation for material ordering

Perform information/data collection activities for material ordering
Experience Requirement:
-
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
-
Supply chain experience is a plus
-
Effective communications and attention to detail required
-
Prior experience in distribution and supply chain preferred
-
SAP experience is a plus.
Educational Requirement
-
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
