Role Responsibilities

Program: Grow our analyst relations program building relationships across a number of analyst firms to not only drive greater visibility around Secureworks with those analysts but feed market and customer insights back into the organization for strategic planning purposes.

  • Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive analyst relations strategy aligned to business objectives, working with senior marketing and product leadership
  • Value: Maximize value of our analyst spend by driving our cadence of analyst briefings and inquiries, identifying opportunities and keeping teams informed of relevant insights.
  • Custom Research: Work with analysts to identify and execute on custom research programs, coordinating with internal team and sharing results internally and externally.
  • Peer Reviews: Own our peer review process and execution, helping drive customer participation on peer review sites such as Gartner Peer Insights and G2.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent, MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years relevant experience in Analyst Relations, preferably in cybersecurity
  • Experience managing vendor relationships across analyst firm tiers

Preferred Skills

  • Strong written, verbal, and visual capabilities across multiple communication channels (in English)
  • Well organized with excellent presentation skills and ability to work independently and across all levels of company management
  • Persuasive evangelist that instills confidence that Secureworks solutions and approach are the best for customers and partners
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills – polished communication and presentation skills
