ALM Vertical Solutions Executive

The Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) VSE will strategically pursue new ALM enterprise customers within key industry verticals (tier 1), focusing on new customer acquisition and building deep customer relationships, delivering tailored Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions to meet complex customer needs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the ALM Sales Strategy within a defined book of global enterprise accounts developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to prospect and cultivate new ALM business opportunities to achieve individual new logo sales quota within key verticals including finance and insurance, healthcare and life sciences, tech/media/telecoms, government, and education.

  • Leverage industry expertise, personal networks, and business development skills to uncover new opportunities, establishing strong and consultative relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Lead complex solution development to create customized, value-driven ALM strategies that align with customer goals.

  • Drive end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification through close and ongoing contract activation.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and maximize business opportunities.

  • Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new partnerships and contracts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, & operations to deliver exceptional service & value to clients.

  • Lead negotiation of client service contracts and SLAs, negotiating internally and externally to maximize value for IRM and its clients.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience selling IT solutions to senior executives

  • Strong background and knowledge of Hardware Asset Management, business process / workflow enablement, and ITAD sales process

  • Deep ALM industry experience and existing relationships with ITAD buyers and key stakeholders in priority enterprise verticals

  • Experience proactively identifying, solutioning, and selling complex IT services into large multi-stakeholder customer environments

  • Demonstrated success managing a book of business, breaking into new accounts, and consistently developing and closing high value opportunities

Areas of Domain Expertise:

  • IT asset strategy within enterprise companies within key verticals (e.g., finance and insurance, healthcare and life sciences, tech/media/telecoms, government, and education) including asset disposition timelines, and IT asset management strategies

Reasonably expected salary range: $104,800.00 - $139,700.00 + commissions.
