About the Role:
The Alliance Manager - Aerospace, Defense, and Federal Systems Integrators will lead sales efforts in assigned territories to drive new platform, services, and renewal bookings for CrowdStrike's offerings to include platform, threat intelligence, and services. This individual is expected to be a subject matter expert in their assigned territory and sales motions involved in developing and executing a winning account strategy in coordination with Sales, support teams, Product teams, Professional Services, Proposal, Legal, Finance, and other System Integrator Managers. This is a senior-level individual contributor position with a competitive compensation plan based on assigned quota goals.
What You'll Do:

  • Provide overall Sales leadership across assigned FSI's.
  • Works closely with the Sales Management teams to provide relevant analysis/market information and strategic recommendations to result in effective account planning and sales execution.
  • Maintains a high degree of Sales Force hygiene to effectively forecast deals, resource needs, customers engagement activities, partner requirements, and actions required to close business.
  • Positions capabilities through pilot, trial, and promotional efforts to continuously demonstrate thought leadership to assigned accounts.
  • Lead pipeline development aligned with the associated Sales Directors' priorities
  • Perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Leads pursuit teams in developing and substantiating a winning value proposition that meets the needs of the customer, including analyzing critical business drivers and risks.
  • Prepare and provide information and decision briefings for senior management on ongoing deal pursuits.
  • Lead forecasting activities for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and lead proposal efforts.
  • Oversee development and presentation of Orals when required.
  • Support price to win (PTW) analysis and helps establish the PTW target.
  • Responsible for assembling all required resources/skills to develop proposal, pursue and win business at FSI accounts.
  • Responsible for validating/endorsing the technical solution in close partnership with the Sales Engineering Team.
  • Works with Services delivery team to assure that solution design can be properly delivered.
  • Develops deal timeline and ensures that the pursuit team meets deal milestones and deadlines.
  • Post-award, stays involved with execution teams to ensure successful delivery of the solution.


What You'll Need:

  • 10 or more years of relevant experience selling to Federal Systems Integrator with a specific focus on selling cybersecurity and enterprise software to programs, capture, BD, and go to market technology teams.
  • Proven ability to articulate compelling, industry focused, value propositions at executive levels
  • Demonstrated success in the development and execution of account plans
  • Adept at negotiating and establishing teaming arrangements/agreements
  • Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills toward a broad constituency ranging from customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, and technical management.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities.
  • Great team player with a strong drive to win.
  • Willing to take leadership role in driving initiatives, working across organizations, and structuring approaches to new opportunities.
  • Familiarity with a broad range of application, security and infrastructure software is desirable.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills: demonstrated effectiveness in conducting market analysis, prioritizing investments, and measuring outcomes
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and across multiple disciplines to orchestrate desired outcomes. Must be skilled in working with cross-functional virtual teams in remote locations.
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Security Clearance or ability to get one. Must be a US Citizen.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $105,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
