About the Role:

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of LLM application development. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge projects involving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agents and more. You will contribute to our open-source frameworks and help develop our enterprise platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, agent architectures, and other LLM-powered systems

• Contribute to our open-source Python and Typescript frameworks

• Collaborate with the product team to scope and implement new AI/LLM-powered features

• Help shape the technical direction and best practices for LLM application development

• Stay at the forefront of AI research and incorporate state-of-the-art techniques

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience

• Deep expertise with Python and related ecosystem (Pydantic, Poetry, FastAPI, etc.)

• Proven track record of executing with high intensity and delivering results

• Experience leading ML stack development at fast-growing startups

• Strong understanding of NLP, ML, and LLM fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building with TypeScript

• Significant contributions to top open-source AI/ML projects

• Portfolio of impressive AI projects or applications

• Competitive programming or olympiad awards demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills
