Position Summary
Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant who is able to work on-site 2 - 3 days per week in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL. The Consultant will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role involves understanding client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring successful adoption and integration of AEP in marketing ecosystems. They will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including internal teams, developers, and external vendors, to deliver outstanding solutions that drive customer engagement, improve data management, and enhance personalization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on-site 2 – 3 days per week in Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WI
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and marketing goals, translating those into AEP-based solutions
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and define technical specifications
- Design and architect end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform solutions that align with client objectives
- Lead the implementation of Adobe Experience Platform, including setup, configuration, and integration with other Adobe and third-party tools
- Advise clients on best practices for data management, including data ingestion, data modeling, and creating a unified customer profile using AEP
- Oversee the integration of AEP with various data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time data availability
- Collaborate with the client’s marketing teams to optimize the use of AEP for targeted campaigns, customer segmentation, and personalized content delivery
- Provide guidance on creating dynamic experiences and workflows to improve customer engagement across digital channels
- Provide training sessions and documentation to empower clients to use AEP effectively post-implementation
- Offer ongoing support to clients and act as a trusted advisor for any future enhancements or issues related to AEP
- Stay up to date with the latest Adobe Experience Platform features, tools, and updates
- Recommend improvements to the client’s current environment based on new AEP capabilities or industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (experience with similar enterprise-level marketing technology platforms is a plus)
- Experience in Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign) is a plus
- Proven ability to manage and lead client-facing projects from inception to completion
- Strong understanding of data integration, data management, and marketing analytics
- Proficient in Adobe Experience Platform APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and data governance best practices
- Knowledge of marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), and personalization technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and deliver innovative solutions.
Certifications:
- Adobe Experience Platform certification or related certifications (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) is a strong plus
