The Role
As an AEM developer you will have a strong AEM development background and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining AEM solutions to enhance user engagement and support web content management, notifications, and digital marketing initiatives. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, customizing AEM functionalities, integrating with Adobe Experience Cloud products, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will work closely with our forward-thinking Data Scientists, BI Developers, System Architects and Data Architects to deliver value to our vision for the future. What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows to support web content management, notifications like email, SMS, push and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, content authors, and project managers, to deliver high-quality AEM solutions.
  • Customize and extend AEM functionalities using Java, Sling, OSGi, and Sightly (HTL).
  • Utilize Adobe tools and technologies (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign) to create personalized customer experiences.
  • Integrate AEM with other Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Optimize AEM performance and ensure best practices in coding, security, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementations.
  • Stay updated on the latest AEM features, tools, and industry trends, and recommend improvements to enhance our digital platform.


Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experiences
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Java and OSGi frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AEM architecture, including Sling, JCR, and CRXDE.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


What Can Give You a Competitive Advantage (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Adobe certification in AEM or related technologies.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data analytics tools.

Compensation:

  • The expected base compensation for this role is: $134,000- $241,900. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
