Summary

As we scale, we’re looking for a highly skilled and strategic FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend your financial expertise with product evolution and strategy, contributing to our growth and innovation as a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee invoicing, collections, and client account reconciliation.
  • Cashflow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flows, ensuring the business meets its financial commitments.
  • Strategic Finance: Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, financial planning, and strategy. Provide insights for decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Product Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to incorporate financial insights into product development, pricing strategies, and operational improvements.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. Manage external audits and tax filings.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • Minimum of 4+ years experience at a Big Four accounting firm (PwC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment or startup is a plus.

Pay Transparency Notice:

Full time offers from Office Hours also include target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay range: $100,000 – $130,000, based on seniority and relevant experience

This is a hybrid role, in our San Francisco or New York City office 2-3 times per week.
