About the role

We have and exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join the group working on apublications accounts. This role would suit someone who enjoys the challenge of acquiring scientific knowledge and expertise across different therapy areas, and developing excellent relationships with clients.


Here's what you'll be doing:

As an Account Manager, your role will be varied and could include scientific and strategic consultation and management of professional relations with leading academics and development of a range of publications projects. Using your strong project management skills and scientific expertise, you will help lead a team to deliver a range of services to clients. You will work within assigned account(s) to manage and ensure that all projects and services are delivered based on the clients business needs including overseeing all projects, deadlines, budgets, and team assignments. Support existing client business development as well as potential new business to achieve agreed-upon financial targets.


About you:

To succeed, you must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences (advanced degree, preferred). 3+ years experience working in a medical communications agency on publications projects is required. You will also need to demonstrate solid project management skills including financial budgeting skills. A strong ability to work well within a team along with exceptional client relations and communication skills is a must.  Working knowledge or previous experience utilizing Veeva, a plus.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.

Compensation

$70,000$94,000 USD
