About the Role:

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of SMB accounts with high growth potential. You will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions. 

In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams: Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Sales, to improve the overall customer experience. If you are skilled at account management, understand consumer behavior, and excel in meeting growth-related goals, we’d like to meet you. 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts. 

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer accounts. 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. 

  • Negotiate renewal contracts and upsell close agreements to maximize revenue. 

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. 

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. 

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders. 

  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet targets. 

  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly utilization results). 

  • Prepare reports on account status and performance. 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory. 

  • Address challenging client requests or escalations as needed. 

  • Ensure customers are informed of product updates and feature releases. 

Qualifications: 

  • Associate's degree or equivalent.

  • At least two years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role. 

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and manage multiple accounts efficiently. 

  • Ability to accelerate product adoption, influence collaboration and evangelize opportunities for growth.

  • A high-energy, passionate, and enthusiastic attitude; desire and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing start up environment. 

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time for client meetings, conferences, and training sessions.

Compensation Range: $74.1K - $98.8K
