We’re looking for a tech-savvy, results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with government agencies and nonprofit partners, ensuring seamless implementation of our platform while maximizing value for childcare providers. What You’ll Do
- Own Key Partnerships – Serve as the primary point of contact for government and nonprofit clients, driving long-term success through strategic relationship management.
- Leverage Data for Growth – Use insights from platform analytics to optimize performance, track contract outcomes, and recommend high-impact improvements.
- Fuel Expansion & Monetization – Identify opportunities to enhance platform adoption, monetize providers, and maximize revenue streams, including upselling additional services and driving account growth.
- Maximize Revenue Streams – Develop and implement strategies to create new revenue opportunities, ensuring both providers and the company benefit from sustainable monetization efforts.
- Manage Renewals with Confidence – Proactively engage partners to renew contracts seamlessly, ensuring sustained impact and continued platform engagement.
- Solve Challenges at Scale – Act as a problem-solver, troubleshooting issues quickly and aligning solutions with both partner and company objectives.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work alongside engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth integration and an exceptional user experience.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or client success—preferably in SaaS, marketplace platforms, or tech-enabled services.
- A strategic, revenue-driven mindset with a track record of growing accounts, monetizing providers, and driving platform adoption.
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills – you build trust, influence stakeholders, and thrive in high-stakes conversations.
- Tech fluency – you’re comfortable working with data dashboards, CRM tools, and digital platforms to track and drive success.
- Project management expertise – you can juggle multiple initiatives, ensuring clients stay engaged and contracts move forward smoothly.
- A data-first approach to decision-making, using insights to identify trends and optimize performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, technology, or a related field.
