The Opportunity...

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to oversee and optimize our Media Ping Post and Click Buying efforts within our Personal Lines Insurance division. This role involves matching supply and demand to develop strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel, and a meticulous eye for detail. Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, similar to day trading is essential, as is a basic understanding of programming (Python) to support algorithm updates when necessary.

How You’ll Contribute...

  • Collaborate in refining and improving our Ping Post strategy across all LOB and participate in future automation initiatives to super charge our already robust presence in the market
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc).
  • Experience with data analysis, forecasting, and strategy optimization.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Ability to stay focused and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred) to understand and modify algorithms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Familiarity with ping post systems and click buying platforms or similar

What We're Looking For..

  • Experience in a day-trading-like environment or similar high-intensity decision-making roles.
  • 3-5 years in proven experience in supply and demand analysis and strategy development, as well as lead buying & selling.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
