About the Role:

GoodRx is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join the Manufacturer Solutions team and report to the Manager of Client Success.

The Account Manager role will be responsible for full ownership of both new and existing accounts, and the day-to-day client relationship with Pharmaceutical manufacturer customers, by providing excellent customer service and managing all aspects of the client relationship. The ideal candidate is skilled at building meaningful, long-lasting relationships and is focused on delivering exceptional client service to pharmaceutical manufacturer partners, and their business constituents, via GoodRx.com.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to reinforce program ROI and to provide insights to help clients achieve business goals

  • Partner with Sales to support new business development and organic growth of accounts, as well as partnership on optimizing existing accounts

  • Partner with Program Implementation to ensure smooth and effective implementation of new programs, and ensuring stakeholders deliver what is needed on time and within client expectations

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts such as Business Intelligence, Advertising Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions to customers

  • Work with clients and agency partners to manage the Regulatory review submission process 

  • Create visual examples of programs using our enterprise CMS tool

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and regulatory requirements in the Pharma space. 

  • Retain and renew annual contracts, upselling and optimizing where applicable 

 Skills & Qualifications:

  •  5+ years of professional experience in client management, within pharma, healthcare technology, or an advertising agency, and a college degree

  • Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail

  • Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition

  • Willingness to think critically and solve problems in new or creative ways

  • Experience using CRM software like Salesforce, and project management platforms like JIRA

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$108,000.00 - $173,000.00

New York Office:

$99,000.00 - $158,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$90,000.00 - $144,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$81,000.00 - $130,000.00
