The Amazon Account Manager, Business Development (Global Prepaid) will report to the Director of Business Development (Global Prepaid). This position’s key focus will be to grow and maintain the global prepaid card business for Roblox on Amazon. The Amazon Account Manager should be detail oriented and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the global prepaid card industry, as well as financial product reporting, and analysis. This person will lead the Roblox global prepaid card business on Amazon with the primary goal of growing sales and profitability with a special focus on Amazon ads, marketing, and promotional initiatives.

 You Will: 

  • Work with the Director of Business Development to maintain and grow key Amazon prepaid relationships globally.
  • Drive global sales and revenue objectives across 10+ Amazon global marketplaces 
  • Review and monitor specific account activity, and work with the account to resolve any major obstacles, and improve sales performance
  • By Amazon region, take lead for sales tracking, reviews, issue management, and strategy collaboration
  • Maintain an overall view of our Amazon prepaid global programs understanding their current core business and goals, new product launches and enhancements and product offerings
  • Lead physical and digital products across 10+ Amazon channels globally 
  • Be the key communicator and point of contact for multiple internal and external teams
  • Handle account objectives with the support of the internal prepaid card team
  • Consult on project strategy based on industry and company knowledge
  • Analyze and adapt new strategies to react to changing business trends and legal requirements
  • Lead regular business reviews with Amazon and Roblox leadership 

You have:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience and 3+ years account management experience in the prepaid card industry
  • Experience with Amazon e-commerce platform: In-depth knowledge of Amazon's sales and advertising tools, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising Console, and A+ Content.
  • Advertising expertise: Proficient in crafting, managing, and optimizing Amazon Search, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and advertising metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing global client relationships, including negotiating contracts, setting performance goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive level interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues, finding solutions, and implementing changes to improve performance.
  • Ability to work optimally within a team environment, collaborating with marketing, business development, product/eng development, finance, and tax/legal teams.
  • Comfortable using various software tools and platforms, including Excel, Google Analytics, and other e-commerce and advertising technologies

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$125,980$158,690 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
