Your Future Role:
As an Account Executive at Miter, you will be at the frontline of our go-to-market engine. You will be responsible for absorbing our growing inbound & partner lead volume, building a direct relationship with specific channel partners, and establishing a repeatable, successful sales process to be followed by future hires. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern, industry-leading HCM products for the Construction industry.
What You'll Help Build:

Manage and drive sales processes for complex products (payroll, benefits, accounting integrations, prevailing wage fringe offsets, labor compliance, etc.)

Drive sales processes with C-Suite stakeholders at mid-market speciality subcontractors (e.g., ~50-500+ employees)

Develop and implement a scalable sales process for future hires

Build strong relationships with core regional channel partners

Attend industry conferences and represent Miter within relevant industry associations
What You'll Need:

Proven ability to drive sales processes and exceed quota selling complex products

Successful track record in commanding the room with C-Suite stakeholders

Experience in Construction or selling to mid-market speciality contractors
