As an Account Executive, Key Accounts, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key real estate brokerage accounts. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, closing new business deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to align solutions with client needs and strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key real estate brokerage accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for existing and new key accounts, identifying expansion opportunities and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Leverage a consultative approach to demonstrate how the company’s solutions align with clients' objectives, maximizing customer value and adoption.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within assigned key accounts, leveraging CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Partner with internal teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive retention and upsells.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to position the company as a trusted partner in real estate technology.
- Provide regular sales reports, account insights, and revenue forecasting to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or key account sales, preferably in real estate technology, SaaS, or PropTech.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing high-value deals with enterprise-level clients.
- Strong understanding of real estate brokerage operations and industry pain points.
- Experience with sales methodologies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation software.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
