Your role in our future
We're looking for a dynamic Account Based Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll develop and execute targeted strategies to engage high-value accounts and drive revenue growth in North America. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ABM, strong communication skills, and a proven track record collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
- Develop and execute data-driven ABM strategies aligned with marketing and sales goals, focusing on high-value enterprise accounts.
- Identify key accounts through market research, data analysis, and collaboration with sales and marketing.
- Manage multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising) tailored to specific accounts, aligning with demand generation and sales teams.
- Create customized messaging and content addressing target account needs, ensuring high personalization and relevance.
- Utilize ABM platforms to identify accounts, execute campaigns, track engagement, and analyze performance for optimization.
- Monitor ABM campaign metrics (engagement, pipeline growth, ROI), applying an experimentation mindset for continuous improvement.
- Manage ABM campaign budgets effectively and provide performance updates to stakeholders.
- Train sales teams on ABM programs to promote best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to enhance ABM strategies.
- Collaborate with data/marketing operations for ABM tool support and integration.
Your profile
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on ABM or related fields; B2B experience preferred.
- Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of achieving results through cross-functional teamwork.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience.
- CRM/marketing automation experience, especially Salesforce and Eloqua.
- Strong understanding of ABM strategies and best practices; experience with tools like 6sense is a plus.

This position has a salary range of:
$85,000.00 - $127,600.00
