About The Role

As part of Aptos’ ‘10x Ecosystem’ vision for 2025, the Aptos Foundation is launching a hands-on accelerator designed to propel high-potential projects from ‘1 to 10.’ This program will support some of the most influential projects in our ecosystem, helping them launch successfully and scale efficiently.

As a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with accelerator projects to craft compelling narratives, execute high-impact marketing campaigns, and build strong communities. You will also act as a bridge between projects, Aptos’ marketing ecosystem, and external agencies, ensuring founders have the tools and guidance needed to reach their target audiences, secure partnerships, and drive adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique dynamics of Web3 marketing, from influencer engagement to community activation, token launch GTMs, and strategic partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in establishing an industry-leading accelerator program that empowers the next wave of Web3 startups building on Aptos, the most high-performance L1 in the space.

This role reports to the Aptos Foundation.

What you'll be doing:

  • End-to-End Marketing Strategy for Accelerator Projects

    • Work closely with founders to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and growth across key channels.

    • Guide projects in branding, messaging, positioning, and storytelling to establish a strong identity in the market.

    • Provide hands-on support in GTM planning, PR execution, community growth, and campaign activation.

    1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

      • Work with Aptos Foundation & Labs marketing teams to provide projects with tailored marketing support, including press, events, and social amplification.

      • Act as the primary liaison between projects and marketing agencies, ensuring the execution of high-quality campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.

      • Support accelerator projects in identifying and leveraging key Aptos ecosystem partnerships to amplify visibility.

    2. Strategic Partnerships & Growth

      • Develop high-impact marketing partnerships with content creators, media outlets, and strategic Web3 platforms.

      • Coordinate joint events, AMAs, content collaborations, and campaign activations to maximize awareness and engagement.

      • Help projects build and scale their community presence on X, Telegram, and other platforms, ensuring strong audience engagement.

    3. Campaign Optimization & Tracking

      • Analyze marketing performance across on-chain and off-chain data sources, using insights to optimize campaign strategies.

      • Develop clear frameworks for tracking key marketing KPIs and experiment with new approaches to drive growth.

    4. Marketing Best Practices

      • Create marketing playbooks, best practices, and GTM frameworks to streamline the marketing journey for accelerator projects.

    • Program Positioning

      • Build and manage the accelerator’s online presence, fostering a strong community of crypto enthusiasts, investors, and partners.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years in growth, product, community, or brand marketing, preferably within Web3, crypto, or early-stage technology startups.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns, influencer engagement strategies, and GTM activations.

  • Ability to work effectively with global founders, agencies, media partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive successful marketing outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of Web3 marketing dynamics, social growth strategies (Twitter, Discord, Telegram), and influencer marketing.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
