401(K) matching
We offer an annual match of 25% of your contribution, up to the first 6% of your salary (capped at $500 annually). Any match vests 50% after one year of employment and 100% after two years.
Company equity
Udemy offers restricted stock units. New hires will vest 25% of their RSUs on the first anniversary of the grant date, then in equal quarterly installments for an additional 3 years.
Employee stock purchase plan
Eligible employees can purchase company shares at a 15% discount and are capped at an annual maximum of $21,250 USD.
Charitable contribution matching
