Child Care + Parental Leave
Family medical leave
Superhuman offers up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year, as well as maintained health benefits, for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Generous parental leave
We offer 12 weeks of paid parental leave with the flexibility to use however it works for your family! On top of this, we provide an extra 4 weeks of unpaid, bonding leave.
Restricted work hours
We encourage everyone to be available during core work hours from 10 am-2 pm PT. Alternative work hours are available when traveling!
