Sibros offers medical plans through Blue Shield and Kaiser Permanente contributing 90% of employee and 65% of dependent(s) cost towards the High Option Base Gold PPO or HMO plan.

Sibros provides eligible employees with $50,000 group term Life and AD&D insurance through Guardian, offered at no cost to employees.

Team workouts

In the San Jose Headquarters, we offer 2 group fitness classes a week for boxing and cardio kickboxing with a personal trainer. Our team also hosts group soccer and events such as Tough Mudder.

Vision insurance

PPO benefits provide coverage after a $10 copay for exam and $25 copay for materials with exam and lenses every 12 months and frames every 24 months. Coverage through Guardian/VSP Vision.
