Sales Development Representative at Redflag AI involves prospecting, generating leads, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, qualifying prospects, leveraging tools like HubSpot and Sales Navigator, and using data for decision-making.

Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new sales opportunities. Prospect into targeted strategic accounts within designated territory. Leverage sales methodologies such as MEDDIC to execute on deal strategies. Present and sell directly to C-level executives within but not limited to HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement. Collaborate and lead successful execution of sales activities through contract negotiation and signed contracts with internal and external teams. Manage all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce.

Maintain AWS architecture, contribute to developing new cloud services, refactor code base, optimize performance, and reduce costs for Redflag's products. Requires 10+ years of experience, Bachelor's in relevant field, expertise in AWS services, Python, SQL, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Contribute to existing and create new products, work on Backend with other engineers, propose software architecture, refactor codebase, optimize performance, and reduce costs. Requires Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, 8+ years of experience, strong database development experience, and expertise in Ruby on Rails applications and RESTful APIs. Knowledge of OOP languages, data structures, algorithms, payment processors, subscriptions, user management, AWS services, and communication skills. Potential for promotion to Director or VP of Engineering. Physical demands include ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands, lift up to 10 pounds, and have specific vision abilities.
