Pioneering all-remote work:
Throughout June and July this year we’re running a 4-day work-week summer pilot program. This means we’re targeting a 32-hour work week (taking Fridays off) with 100% pay, benefits, and PTO accrual. The goal is to reduce burnout through better work/life integration. At the same time, we will remain productive with better mental health and new remote-work norms. This is a rare alignment of business and personal incentives where the day off is a forcing function for us to focus on working efficiently.
