Employees have the choice between a variety of plans including HMO's PPO's, and High Deductible plans. New offerings for 2022 include additional coverage for Transgender benefits and procedures not typically covered in the fully-insured market. Employer paid Life Insurance 1x each employees salary, employer paid Long Term and Short Term disability, free Employee Assistance Programs, free enrollment in One Medical care concierge, discounts on Pet Insurance through PetPlan, employer paid commuter subsidy offering $125/month for parking and $125/month for transit, 401(k), 11 paid holidays per year, 2 cultural paid holidays per year, 15 days of PTO in employees' first year. All employees are entitled to 12 weeks of paid Parental Leave for the birth, adoption, or foster placement of a child. Mothers are provided with an additional 8 weeks (20 weeks leave total) of disability leave to recover from the birth of a child. Duetto has reimbursement programs for home internet, wellness, and cell phones. High quality swag is offered immediately upon hire and regularly during employment. Duetto boasts a Hybrid Wellness Policy where employees are able to choose their own adventure. This policy allows employees to expense up to $500 each quarter (limited to just two quarters for now, will need further review) from a variety of items such as: leisure travel, home office equipment, meals, snacks, gym membership and equipment, wellness activities/courses, language courses, learning and development, yoga/meditation/mindfulness, streaming services, music apps, coaching, art class, fitness classes, leisure travel, etc.
