All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(K) plan and participants are automatically enrolled at 4% of their base salary.

All full time employees receive equity grants which vest over a standard 4-year period with a 1-year cliff. Employees with a tenure of 2 years have an extended exercise window of 10 years.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
We provide options for Dependent Care FSA, Healthcare FSA, and Limited Purpose FSA. Employees can contribute up to $3050 annually to their FSA.
