Amit Zavery has been appointed as the president, chief product officer and chief operating officer at ServiceNow. The company develops AI-powered enterprise technology that connects people, processes, data and devices to boost productivity and optimize business outcomes.
ServiceNow supports various industries by providing solutions for IT service management, customer service, HR service delivery and more, all aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs. Zavery brings more than three decades of enterprise technology experience from his previous roles at Google Cloud and Oracle. His expertise spans platform development, enterprise applications, data management, middleware, security and AI.
In his new role, Zavery will oversee the company’s platform, products, engineering, cloud infrastructure and user experience. He will also lead enterprise-wide operations to ensure business diligence, from innovation to execution, reflecting his comprehensive responsibilities in steering the company’s strategic and operational directions.
