ALICE Technologies added $13M to Series B. This extension from Swire Properties brings its Series B round to $43 million. ALICE also received a term loan from Bridge Bank. ALICE’s platform uses AI to help general contractors and others in the construction sector plan, bid and build their projects more efficiently and accurately. Watershed acquired VitalMetrics. Based in San Francisco, Watershed is climate platform used by enterprise companies to provide gather data about their climate impact, regulatory compliance and more. Watershed acquired VitalMetrics, a greenhouse gas emissions database, for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition will allow Watershed customers to measure and track their emissions on a global and granular level. The company is actively hiring for 25 roles across teams. [Watershed]
