PagerDuty has appointed Eduardo Crespo as the vice president of EMEA to drive growth in the region. Crespo brings over two decades of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting and cloud and software solutions to the company.
PagerDuty’s platform, the Operations Cloud, combines AI and automation to detect and diagnose disruptive events, mobilize response teams and streamline digital operations for businesses. It offers tools to help customers achieve operational efficiency at scale, reduce costs, increase innovation velocity and mitigate the risk of operational failure.
Prior to joining PagerDuty, Crespo held leadership positions at Medallia where he helped scale the company’s EMEA revenue by 25 times during a 10-year period. In his new role, he will lead PagerDuty’s efforts to bring the Operations Cloud to enterprise customers in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
