Newfront, a technology-driven insurance brokerage firm based in San Francisco, has announced the promotion of Paige Maisonet to the role of chief people officer. In her new position, Maisonet will oversee talent acquisition, people operations and employee experience, ensuring that the company’s people strategy aligns with its business objectives.
Maisonet joined the company in 2015 and has since demonstrated her expertise in HR, talent acquisition and leadership. Since the 2021 merger of ABD and Newfront, Paige has played a crucial role in the company’s expansion, increasing its workforce from 600 to 800 employees, as well as entering new markets in Boston, Austin, Philadelphia, Chicago, Ohio and Kentucky upon becoming Newfront’s head of people in 2022.
Newfront works to transform risk management, business insurance, total rewards and retirement services through integrating advanced technology and expertise. Maisonet has been instrumental in enhancing diversity, equity and inclusion at the company, including founding the DE&I Council and co-founding BLACKfront, Newfront’s Black employee resource group.
