Global fintech company Adyen is expanding its presence in North America with a new 150,000-square-foot office in downtown San Francisco. The lease for the office space, located at 505 Brannan St., will extend through December 2032.
Adyen’s platform provides end-to-end payment solutions, data-driven insights and financial products to businesses such as Microsoft, Uber and Etsy. The company’s new office, which will serve as a hub for commercial growth and tech innovation, is located near many of its North American clients. Adyen’s 300-person San Francisco team will occupy all six floors of the building.
San Francisco is Adyen’s North American headquarters, though the company also has significant footprints in Chicago, New York and Toronto. The company recorded rapid growth in North America during the second half of 2023, having seen net revenues increase by 27 percent year-over-year. The expansion of its San Francisco office reflects Adyen’s commitment to the local business community and its future ambitions in the market, according to the company.
