This is Marketing at Lattice

As the Director of Ecosystem Marketing, you will play a critical role in strengthening our market presence and driving revenue growth through effective ecosystem marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing co-marketing initiatives, fostering customer advocacy programs, and creating targeted segment marketing campaigns to position our company as the preferred Saas solution provider within our industry.

What You Will Do

  • Co-Marketing:
    • Collaborate with strategic partners and key stakeholders to design, plan, and execute joint marketing campaigns that drive mutual success.
    • Develop co-marketing programs, including webinars, events, content collaborations, and joint sales enablement activities to maximize lead generation and revenue opportunities.
    • Monitor and track the performance of co-marketing initiatives, and analyze the results to refine future campaigns.
  • Customer Advocacy:
    • Establish and nurture a customer advocacy program to leverage satisfied customers as brand ambassadors.
    • Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify potential advocates and gather customer success stories and testimonials.
    • Utilize customer success stories to create compelling marketing materials, case studies, and references for sales and marketing purposes.
  • Segment Marketing:
    • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer segments and verticals.
    • Conduct market research to identify key industry trends, pain points, and opportunities, and align marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to align messaging and positioning with each segment's unique needs.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
    • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support team members' professional development.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of ecosystem marketing initiatives.
    • Regularly report on marketing campaign performance, customer advocacy impact, and segment marketing ROI to key stakeholders and executive leadership.

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in B2B Saas marketing, with a focus on co-marketing, customer advocacy, and segment marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing successful co-marketing initiatives and partnership campaigns.
  • Experience building and managing customer advocacy programs, utilizing customer stories to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Strong understanding of segment marketing strategies, including persona development, market analysis, and targeted campaign execution.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of measuring and interpreting marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $167,249 - $208,793. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
